The Restaurant

The restaurant consists out of three rooms, the Sarganserstube, the restaurant and the Schränzerstube. 
The Sarganserstube is kept in a classic look. The other rooms are kept modern.

We distinguish ourselves by classical service and by classical French kitchen as well as Asian kitchen.

- Château Briand, Lammkarre which is flamed and carved at the table.

- Crêpes Suzzettes and Sarganser Schlossnarren Crêpes
- complemented by a variety of seasonal dishes as well as our standard menu

Garden / Beergarden

The beergarden with the large 159-year-old tree invites you to relax and be comfortable together in the warm an sunny time. 
It seats up to 98 people an plenty of shade.
